1 Digital Product Delivery
All software licenses sold by License HUB are delivered digitally via email. No physical products are shipped or mailed to customers.
Each order includes a genuine software license key and, where applicable, download and installation instructions.
2 Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery
Immediate delivery upon payment confirmation. License keys typically delivered within 15–30 minutes, with download and installation instructions included in the delivery email.
Business Hours Processing
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time). Orders placed outside business hours may be processed the next business day; delays may occur during UK public holidays.
3 Delivery Requirements & Responsibilities
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide an accurate and active email address at checkout
- Check spam/junk folders if the delivery email is not received promptly
- Ensure email providers allow messages from @license-hub.fr
- Contact support if delivery is not received within 24 hours
Our Responsibilities
- Deliver genuine software license keys upon payment confirmation
- Provide clear download links and installation instructions
- Offer technical support for installation and activation issues
- Re-send license keys if the original delivery email is lost or corrupted
4 Failed Delivery Policy
In the event of delivery failure due to technical issues, incorrect email addresses, or provider restrictions:
- We will attempt redelivery within 24 hours of notification
- Customers may request license key redelivery via our support channels
- Alternative delivery solutions may be arranged where necessary
- Full refunds may be issued if delivery cannot be completed within 7 business days
5 International Digital Delivery
- No additional delivery charges for international customers
- Same delivery timeframes apply globally
- English-language support available for all customers
- Currency conversion is handled automatically by payment providers
