Software products sold through License HUB (such as Microsoft Office, Windows, antivirus suites, and other third-party software) are licensed by their respective publishers (for example, Microsoft Corporation) under each publisher’s standard license terms. These publisher terms are incorporated by reference into this EULA.
CHPICA CONSULTING LTD (trading as License HUB) acts as a reseller/distributor of software licenses, and this EULA supplements the publisher’s licensing conditions with additional terms relating to the commercial transaction, delivery, and support.
1 License Grant & Scope
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, License HUB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software in accordance with the applicable license type and the publisher’s license terms.

Mandatory Product Activation
Software typically requires activation within a limited period after installation. Activation helps confirm software authenticity and enforces device limits for each license.

- Each key can only be activated on the permitted number of devices
3 Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Activities
License Violations
- Installing on more devices than your license permits
- Sharing license keys with unauthorized users
- Using a personal-use license for commercial use where not permitted
- Sublicensing, reselling, or transferring the license key where not permitted
Technical Restrictions
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
- Circumventing or disabling activation or protection mechanisms
- Modifying the software or creating derivative works (where prohibited by law/terms)
- Using software for unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes
4 Publisher License Terms (Incorporation by Reference)

5 Intellectual Property Rights
The software, related components, and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by the relevant publisher (for example, Microsoft) and/or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights.

- All trademarks, trade names, and service marks
- Patents, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Right to modify, update, or discontinue support in accordance with the publisher’s policies
Your Content
- You retain ownership of documents and files you create
- You control access to your local files and content

6 Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

- Support assistance for installation and activation issues
- Refund eligibility as described in our Refund and Returns Policy for unresolvable issues (subject to verification)
Warranty Limitations
Except for the express guarantees above, software is provided on an “as-is” basis and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- No guarantee of compatibility with future operating system updates
- Performance may vary depending on device configuration
- The publisher may discontinue support for older versions under its lifecycle policy
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, License HUB’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license key. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
7 License Termination
This EULA may terminate automatically if you breach the license terms or usage restrictions, including:
- Using unauthorized or pirated activation methods
- Installing on more devices than permitted
- Key sharing, resale, or misuse
- Material breach of the publisher’s terms
Effects of Termination
- You must stop using the software and uninstall it from all devices
- You may retain your created documents and data
- Warranty disclaimers and liability limitations survive termination
8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws apply.
